40 minutes: $50

When you reach out to inquire about our services and rates, here's a clear breakdown of what you can expect:

Session Duration and Cost
  - Each session lasts 40 minutes and is priced at $50.
  - It is recommended to have 3 sessions per week for optimal results.

Step 1: Initial Consultation Session
  - Your first session will be a Consultation Session, focused on understanding your needs and planning your fitness journey.
   - This will be the longest session as it includes:
   - A Stress Test to assess your current fitness level.
   - Evaluations to identify your strengths, areas for improvement, and overall health.
   - Creation of a personalized plan tailored to your fitness goals.


Step 2: 1-12 Weeks of Focused Training
   - Over the next 1-12 weeks, sessions will concentrate on achieving your specific goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, and toning.
   - Emphasis will be placed on Breathing and Form techniques to ensure safe and effective training.

Step 3: Re-evaluation and Plan Adjustment
   - At the end of the 12-week period, a second assessment will be conducted to re-evaluate your progress.
   - Based on this assessment, your plan may be adjusted to focus on new or refined goals, such as increased flexibility, added weight, improved mobility, or further muscle development.

Step 4: Adding After 12 Weeks
   - After the initial 12 weeks, resistance will be gradually introduced to your workouts.
   - During the 12-24 week period, we will increase resistance and weights based on your progress and health goals.

This structure ensures that your fitness journey is personalized, progressive, and aligned with your evolving goals.
